As I have done quite a bit of travelling, some of the worst places to drive are Alaska, Colorado, and Texas. On top of being stupid, they are rude about it too. Better places: Seattle, LA, Chicago, for some reason they know they are going nowhere fast and seem to be fairly courteous. ---

I’ll second that notion. Just because 90 makes sense in on the roads to & from nowhere in New Mexico, doesn’t mean that’s the minimum speed on I-10 in El Paso.
