# Drowning in Spam

I’m in charge of answering e-mail for my company. We are a small industrial distributor but we have had a site on the net for about 10 years. In the last few months, my level of spam has increased to the point where I am now getting about one thousand pieces of spam per day. Yeah, that’s right a thousand friggin pieces of spam PER DAY.

I have a spam filter but I still end up having to look through a lot of this stuff to make sure legit e-mails from new customers don’t get filtered out. Is there any hope that this deluge will someday end? Any suggestions from people in similar situations?
