# Drowning out others is okay in the Pit, but I wish it weren't

Again, I strongly suggest you read @Miller’s post on the banning of Pedro that I linked [upthread.](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/pedro-is-banned/1023627) Yes, it was specific to the poster, but it made an important distinction about how he evaluates reports of “trolling in the Pit” and what he considers important in moderating such.
