Legal or Illegal?

Possesion of blotter paper without LCD

Growing Marijuana that is not for drug use, such as hemp of non budding plants that have no drug value

Possesion of non drug parts of Marijuana plants, such as the stalk

Possesion of Marijuana seeds

Sale of Marijuana seeds

All this pertaining to US law, thanks.

Possession of stems, seeds or stalk is considered loss of rights as in arrested throw away the key in the United States of America. Even if you have just discovered hemp save the earth by-products the straight dope is:

Right now in the good ol’ USA its legal to import hemp cloth from who knows where? Made into clothing you can sell it. Hardy, quality, lasts longer than Levi’s, harder to break in Hemp. Now that the rest of the world knows these benefits, the USA is WAY behind the times.

Think of where would be if Hemp was more used and abused in our lifetime than yukky oil.

Some laws are made to be broke.
