# Drupal developers - where to find an experienced one?

I have a customer who is in dire need of a Drupal developer to redo their website. My usual suggestions of Odesk and Freelancer haven’t been helpful because the customer gets flooded with spam resumes of unqualified people, hoping that something will stick. They already know about [http://drupal.org/paid-services](http://drupal.org/paid-services), but I think that’s not been very fruitful. Can anyone point out to me where to find qualified developers? Heck, if you are one yourself, PM me – it’s several grand for about 2-3 weeks of work.

We used [www.devbistro.com](http://www.devbistro.com) a few years ago to find a developer and it seemed a LOT more pro than Odesk and Freelancer. Never got any spam or anything, and we could be very selective.
