What’s its texture like? If it’s chewy, the flavour could cause orgasms, and I wouldn’t be able to eat it, but if it’s crispy, gimme gimme.

It’s like the best pork “cracklins’” you ever had - greasy and crispy and salty and onion-ie. Think of the skin on a roasted chicken, and concentrate it to its essence.

Pork Grieben exist too, that kind just isn’t popular in Jewish cuisine for some reason. If you just order Schmalzbrot, the schmalz may well have pork cracklings in it.
