Because (most) languages have a sort of beauty that makes each language unique. The **Gateway** s of the world want to transform this beauty into “2 4 $1” bargain grocery signs. Standard English is not “tradition for the sake of tradition,” it’s spelling, syntax and grammar that have been evolving for centuries . . . and continue to evolve. Your way, they are DEvolving into baby talk. If your brain is on the same level as a baby’s, that’s your problem, not mine. ---

as a newbie i find it wildy riveting that 105 posts have been devoted to the topic of a poster’s posting stylee. why use a cannon to kill a mosquito? ---

there’s a saying, attributed to confucious. “if you think something small can’t make a difference, try sleeping in a closed room with a mosquito.” i also think you are all feeding his attention seeking, that one poster can rile so many is hilarious. he obviously was trying to stand out, obviously can post in proper engrit not morse code, so he pwned you all. ---
