The prosecutors trying to indict the Duke lacrosse players for rape appear to have [finally admitted defeat](http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/18046103/). If ever there was a case of malicious prosecution, this was it.

It’s about time. Wonder if Jackson still wants to send Crystal to college? The civil suits following this should be interesting. These young men need some legal bills paid. And it’s a shame one of the attorneys isn’t here to see this.
