> I dumped the cable two months ago. I STILL HAVE NOT TURNED THE STUPID BOX IN so I am STILL PAYING FOR CABLE. Arrrrgh!

I inherited a digital cable box from my parents at Christmas this year so I called up the cable company to cancel my cable box rental.

Then I forgot to return the rented box for about a month. Monthly rental fee: $1.30. Fee for not returning the box: $50 :smack:

Dealing with the cable companies [can be hazardous to your health](http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2009/06/18/AR2009061802995.html).
