# Duplicate account (password lost from original account)

I created this new screen name, **blanket of linos** , but I had an original screen name for which I have a paid subscription, which is **sir viks**. (PLEASE NOTE – I am not a “sock puppet”. Please read on.)

So a few weeks ago my computer crashed, and my passwrod for **sir viks** was lost. When I tried to have the password automatically sent to my e-mail address, I realized that I had an old e-mail address under my account name and therefore I never subsequently received my password for **sir viks** , the account I have already paid a membership for. I was unable to find a contact e-mail address to discuss my dilemma, so I am making this post in the hope I can get this issue resolved.

Can someone from the Admin staff please contact me to resolve this issue? Thanks for your help!

Got the email, I"ll handle this.

Sending me an email when you have a problem like this is always the best way to go, I can look at your account settings and we can track down your problem and fix things.

We don’t consider this being a sock puppet but neither do we consider it a good idea, either.
