Going to visit my cousin whose Dutch relatives are visiting. What is the traditional version of “nice to meet you” in Holland?

Also the correct response to someone who says “dank u wel” (thank you) to you is “alstublieft” (please).

I have one slight clarification, which I confirmed with a Dutch friend.  
_Kennis_ should rhyme with tennis.

Well, it went just fine. My cousin (actually cousin’s ex-wife) translated for everyone. Her uncle is 90 and was in the Dutch resistance during WWII. Pretty spry for someone that age.
