# E-mail: "Libs like yourself are the lowest life on the planet!" Criminal act?

I know there is a federal law against threatening the President. Is there anything about threatening other “public officials”? Does nebraska have anything of their own of this kind?

Well, it’s not meant to be applied consistently. It allows targeting of arbitrary persons.
