The two exchanges that I think will become most important in future episodes:

Luka’s joke about identical twins “so that if there’s a custody battle we’ll each have one” really bothered Abby.

When the lady in the maternity store asked “is it your first” and Luka instantly answers “Yes”, Abby’s look was startled. I think Luka’s older children and their deaths will become a major plot point somehow.
