# Earphones or earbuds?

I use both for different situations.

I like cans for computer work and good music, and buds for gardening, podcasts, sleeping, and when I am moving around. I actually save the ‘one bud is dead’ earphones for sleeping because I set the one bud in loosely so that it falls out later.

I have teens and find it does not sere me well to buy expensive earphones. I believe the teens eat them. I buy them (almost in bulk) from Half Price Books.

I love earbuds, but only the lightweight type made by SONY. Other brands seem to be stiffer or larger, and less comfortable as a result. (Sony earbuds come with 3 different size rubber pieces.)
