I have Gary Jules’s song “[Mad World](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4N3N1MlvVc4)” in my head. It runs through the verse and then it gets to the chorus at which point it becomes Garbage’s “[Stupid Girl](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2GhPUAVgHZc).” And I find it kind of funny I find it kind of sad The dreams in which I’m dying are the best I’ve ever had I find it hard to tell you 'Cause I find it hard to take When people run in circles it’s a very very Stupid girl This is utterly maddening! Has it happened to you? ---

I don’t remember the name of the first song, but it’s from the soundtrack to West Side Story, and all last summer I was humming… “[six bars of music I don’t know what it is]” “Do you want to build a snowman?” ---

Happens quite often to me. Weirdest one recently was Love Me Tender going into Freude Schöner Götterfunken. Harmonised nicely, though. ---

Whenever I get “Demons” by Imagine Dragons stuck in my head and I get to the “this is my kingdom come” line, I inevitably segue it into “Like a Prayer” by Madonna. Can’t complain though, since I like both songs. ---

Every so often, I think about the theme from the old [Maxwell House Coffee](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qSqaP7E1blM) commercials, but then I start to slide into the theme from [The Magnificent Seven](https://youtu.be/yulmgTcGLZw?t=21). ---
