Into baskets woven of wooden strips: Green plastic “grass” Yellow “Peeps” ½ Lb. chocolate rabbit Orange chocolate ball Hershey’s mini candy bars Eggums mini egg carton of chewing gum Colored plastic eggs filled with Hershey’s almond kisses and pastel mini “Reese’s Pieces” eggs One basket for each of the young girls next door and another for the little boy across the street. ---

Small, inexpensive toys or school supplies were always my favorite part of Easter baskets as a little kid. Craft supplies, costume jewelry and stickers were great too. ---

To my SO’s basket, I also added these Lindt chocolate carrots, which are actually milk chocolate with hazelnuts. He’d better share, because I already know he didn’t make me a basket. ---

This year, my lil’guy got a box of white peeps, a plastic M&M filled with M&Ms (surprise!), a PEZ dispenser, some kisses, a pound of bubbles, sidewalk chalk, a slew of super-balls (because they dissapear almost as soon as he gets his frantic little hands on them), a twisty straw, a little stuffed duckling, and some miscellaneous miniature candy bars. We’ll be going to my mother’s soon, and she always goes _crazy_ at Easter time. She says it’s just as fun as Christmas, but moreso, because she doesn’t have to wrap anything. 😃 She called me yesterday to ask if I’d rather the easter bunny brought me a porch swing or a picnic table! We’re talking way overboard here–and I’m an adult, mostly. [sub]I told her I’d rather have the swing[/sub] ---

Wow, you guys make cool baskets. The Paidhi-kids each have 1 little fuzzy chick that peeps when you move it 2 small sheets of stickers 1 plastic egg filled with hershey miniatures 1 vanilla egg 1 cadbury cream egg 1 small chocolate rabbit The baskets are ones that Grandma gave them last year, and I put some pink grass stuff in them. It’ll be all over the house in a minute. Later, Paidhi-girl will hide eggs in the back yard, and Paidhi-boy will find them (with a lot of help) and put them in his basket. Last year she demanded the job, so we let her–she had a blast. ---

I had a good time at the dollar store making a basket for my bf. He doesn’t have much of a sweet tooth, so although I threw in some candy (including a _solid_ chocolate rabbit, some malted-milk robin’s eggs, etc.), the main thing was the toys: Little stuffed rabbit, very cute Pen with fiber-optic stuff that lights up when you write coming out the eraser end Slingshot with two water-bombs Jesus nightlight ---

I made an Easter basket for my SO woven basket, green plastic grass 3 boxes of Peeps 1 bag of miniature Butterfinger eggs 3 chocolate peanut butter eggs 4 Cadbury creme eggs 1 6 oz. choclate rabbit 1 vanilla-scented candle 1 bottle of bath oil 1 bar French milled soap 1 DVD (gay muscle porn) ---

My daughter isn’t a big candy fan (Dunno where she got that defective gene) but she still likes to get an Easter basket. I found a cute pink metal basket with pearls all around the outside. I got her one solid chocolate rabbit, a mess o’ Reese’s eggs, some sour gummi octopi, a can of honey roasted peanuts, and a stuffed frog. She was happy. ---

Into the big boys baskets: Giant Gummi Crocodiles Gummi Mummies Sour Warheads Candy Snickers eggs Reeses Peanut Butter Eggs Eggs filled with Skittles Peanut Creme Filled Chocolate BonBons Dove Truffle Eggs Plastic eggs filled with dollar bills Into the littlest guy’s basket: Reeses Peanut butter eggs M&M minis Plastic eggs filled with dollar bills I also used colored shredded paper this year instead of the plastic grass.
