So that everyone who wants to enter has a chance to see this (could we _pin_ it maybe?), The Quasis are letting y’all know ahead of time that for Easter we’re giving away 4 (_four_) SDMB gift susbscriptions. 🙂 This time, though, we’re making a little change (if that’s okay): _If you didn’t win for Valentine’s Day and you want to leave your name as an entrant, do nothing. If you want to remove your name, let me know._ That’s all. All other rules remain the same: We’ll write all user names on slips of paper and draw them from a baseball cap. Never really fit in too well here - maybe being a member again will help. I read quite a bit on your blog - I like your style. 🙂 As someone who only adopts shelter pets, I appreciate your involvement. Our family’s two current companions, Mojo and Riley (both black lab crosses) were shelter dogs, and they’re still kicking strong at 13 & 12 years old! (Mo’s birthday was just last week, 2/19). Awesome, sir! Your entered, and thanks for thinking of the four-footed ones. Thanks also for the kind words regarding the blog! 🙂 Regarding “fitting in”. I’ve never given that any thought, and, if I may say so, neither should you, **Steve** , unless you’re deliberately being a jerk, which I don’t believe you are. I think we all develop a “personality” here, and up until a few years ago, mine sucked big time. When I realized that, I made some changes in my RT life and the online one as well and I like myself a lot better now. If others do too, well that’s just icing on the cake for me. Not saying I don’t backslide every now and then, but I never _set out_ to be abrasive, and with the dementia, I’m just like Forrest’s box of chocolate. “You never know _what_ you’re gonna get”!😉 As for the rest, that’s what the ignore button is for and, as the late Rick Nelson sang, “You can’t please everyone, so ya gotta please yourself.” Thanks and good luck with the drawing! If I win the power ball lottery, I PROMISE to renew everyone for free!🙂 But **D** and I have decided to make this a recurring thing, so if you don’t win this next time, just leave your names in (or tell me if you want your name taken out , and **D** will keep up with 'em (not ME!;)).
