One of my EE students told me once about a time when he accidentally let the magic blue smoke out of some capacitors, and lizards started crawling out of electrical outlets. Apparently that stuff’s hallucinogenic.
In Florida, a finding of misconduct by another state’s lawyer discipline agency is conclusive proof of guilt. However, the punishment may not be the same (e.g., disbarment in another state could theoretically become suspension or a reprimand in Florida). In practice, the punishment is nearly always the same.
Oh dear, the California judge is recommending disbarment. Couldn’t happen to a finer fellow.

Special Counsel Jack Smith has also ordered transcripts of Eastman’s testimony in California State Bar Court, suggesting Eastman is under federal scrutiny as well, as first reported by Politico.
suggesting??! there is going to be a very big shoe dropping from jack smith on quite a number of people. the timing is the only question.
