Nope, I exceed all those requirements, and I still have payments put on hold for large transactions.

Try contacting PayPal? No, wait, that won’t work…

We give ebay/paypal so much money… for doing nothing… and they have the worst customer service and treat us like shit.  
Actually, there’s a lot I don’t understand about ebay/paypal. They have 16,000 employees. What do they do? They net $8.6 billion in fees a year. They manage to spend $6.7 billion of it. On what? I have had it where I ordered, paid and recieved stuff and Paypal still took a month to carry out the transaction.

This is why I sell used books/dvds/cds on Amazon Marketplace.  
Less hassle.
