# EBay purchase is turning sour - suggestions appreciated

I took a couple pix, but I can’t find the cord to get them from the camera to my computer. I’l see if I can locate it and post them in the next couple of days.

If the seller is in the UK, wouldn’t he at least get a receipt for his postage? Not a proof of postage as with recorded delivery, but a receipt for the price and a date. Something to give us a clue he posted something.

If you take something to the post office counter, you can easily get a certificate of posting - they usually ask me if I want one at my post office, that courtesy might not be universal, but you can always get one. It doesn’t provide any tracking information, but it facilitates a claim for loss or damage.
