I occasionally sell items on eBay (maybe a couple a month). I currently have a old smartphone listed. In 3 days it has 3 bids. But all three are from the same bidder, and for the amount I specified as the minimum bid.

This is the first time I’ve seen this. Why would eBay display this as three bids, rather than just one?

He keeps upping his max bid and since no one else has bid it shows up as a new bid.
