You know, I’m all for reducing my carbon footprint and all that but the soaking and the disinfecting and the washing and the drying and the changing every two hours is just way more effort than I want to put into my period. Especially considering I’m usually all bloaty and crampy and headachey at that time, anyway, and only want to curl up with my heating pad and whimper. I think I’ll stick to my Diva cup. Festive colors on those things, though. ---

Perhaps if this was paired with a modified Clapper jingle it could be even less palatable. ---

No, you’d make them out of cotton yarn, which is very soft, and non-fuzzy. (I just finished crocheting a wrap in cotton yarn.) And you wouldn’t get TSS if you changed them like you’re supposed to, and cleaned them carefully between uses. Still…no thanks. ---
