# Editable condo lease document

I’m looking for a fully editable lease form to rent my condo. Does anyone know where I can get one? Most of the ones I see are form based versions of Word or PDF files. I’d be happy to spend a small amount of money for a Word version.

Thanks. I ended up just running the former owner’s lease agreement through an OCR program. The lease was customized for the peculiarities of our particular condo complex and it worked out reasonably well, even though it took a long time.
