Seriously, I think I may have figured out where that saying comes from. Have you ever had REALLY great sex? I mean, REALLY great? Not just taking care of business, I mean GREAT? Well, I finally met someone who, for the past three years has been “Effing my brains out” to the point where, the next day, I actually feel stupid! I know this sounds like a Seinfeld episode but I’m serious. I would like to know if anyone else has had this feeling before. I mean, it’s to a point where I can’t string a couple of sentences together the next day. Now, if I go maybe a week (as unbareable as that may seem) without it, I’m as sharp as a tac. Is there any scientific evidence that when a man (or women I suppose) releases (whatever the hell is released when one has sex) that it takes away from whatever makes us sharp normally? Just wondering. ---

One of my exes used to complain that I did that to him. Note, I said “complain.” Believe it or not, he frequently used this as an excuse to avoid having sex with me. What a backhanded compliment! Can you believe it? He was a med student once upon a time, but could never cough up any scientific evidence. Personally, I think he was just a manipulative jerk, but then I’m a bit bitter about the whole thing. ---
