My kids and I sometimes play this game when we go to the supermarket… “Find the most inappropriately-dressed person for the weather.” When we play it in the summer, it is always elderly people wearing coats.
Everything Uekte say’s is an insult, DrMatrix, and a lot of us take it personally.
No arguement with your admonition, I’m just not sure if you know of this guy’s pecularities.

Sorry, guess I jumped the gun a little up there. It’s just that I find habitually negative people (in general) annoying.
Anyway.
I think most old people (if you cut them a little slack) are pretty darn
cool.
As for cool, temperature wise, I’m 57 and I seem to notice cold or hot weather a little more than I used to. But I’ve seen the older folks, say 70+, wearing warm clothes in warm weather too. Maybe there’s a there’s a period of increased sensitivity before things flatten out. I don’t know.
“Then you die”.

When I was a little girl, there was an elderly woman in the neighborhood.
We’d always see her wearing her winter coat, even in the summer.
Now that I’m thinking about it, it seems to be mainly elderly women, instead of men.
To hi-jack, I really hate it when its 30 degrees out and i see people (usually guys) wearing shorts and a t shirt.
My next door neighbor is known for this (he’s in good shape).
I truly feel these people are proof of extraterrestrials living among us…
Usually guys?
I see girls, usually teens, wearing hardly nothing and walking around with their arms folded in fromt of themselves in cold weather. Make’s me freeze to death just seeing them.
I smell another thread here, vanilla.
Peace’
