Pennsylvania requires a recount under a 0.5% spread. There are rules for county level recounts that are too complex for me to understand. Nevada has no automatic recount rule or request threshold; a candidate can petition the Secretary of State after the election is certified. ---

Chris Jansing was doing a report on MSNBC and she was in Delaware near the Biden residence. People were working on the area where Biden would make an announcement, if he was going to. I thought she said she’d been told that Biden had received a call from someone congratulating him and adding that there would be a lot of work to do. I’m sorry I posted too quickly in my excitement. :hangs head in shame: ---
