The issue was how close they are allowed to stand to the vote counters. One lawsuit was thrown out, one is still pending I believe ---

Yes…there are dem and rep observers in all the counting places. When it comes to disputed ballots a dem and rep poll worked need to agree on what the intended vote was (which is usually obvious). Disputed ones go in a special box to be dealt with later. ---

Out of the most morbid of curiosities, anybody got a link to Trump’s tired-and-cut-off little speechie? I tried to find on MSNBC and CNN main websites, but apparently I am inept. ---

Nitpick: counting in UK elections aren’t exclusively done by council employees. I’ve done it a few times as a paid volunteer and I’ve never worked for the council. ---

I know the long count is frustrating for many, but if it indeed goes Biden, as it is looking, there is some amusement in witnessing this long, long slow death Trump is experiencing right now. This wasn’t a swift, off-with-his/her-head election loss…this was drawn out. ---

According to [pa.gov](https://www.votespa.com/About-Elections/Pages/Counting-Dashboard.aspx), as of 4:55 PM, 326,348 ballots remaining 84,896 in Philadelphia 35,976 in Allegheny 34,527 in Lehigh 31,970 in Cumberland 25,472 in Bucks 17,028 in Erie 14,392 in Monroe 10,923 in Crawford ETA: My news sources are currently reporting Mr. Trump’s lead in Pennsylvania at 64,261 votes. ~Max ---
