I doubt he’ll ever serve any time. I suspect he’ll croak before he’s ever found guilty of anything. At this point, I just want him to lose this election so we can be rid of him and Jared and Ivanka and all the rest. ---

My mental movie of inauguration day: We see Trump walking across the White House lawn to a waiting helicopter. Turns and waves to a visibly relieved White House staff, board the helicopter, then takes off. Cut to: The same helicopter making its descent and landing. Right in the main yard at Leavenworth. ---

Pennsylvania is everything it seems. I think it looks like Georgia AND Arizona are going to Trump. I have no idea how certain to be on PA. I’m really freaking out about it. ---

Trump’s lead in GA is now only 1,902 with around 14,000 left to count. It’s very likely the next update will see Biden going over the top. If Biden wins Georgia then even if Trump wins every other state (which he won’t) he cannot get to 270. But he _can_ tie it at 269 a piece. ---

Biden just netted 150 votes from very red Forsyth County (GA). Also netted 6700 votes from Monroe County (PA), reducing Trump’s lead to 42000 and flipping Monroe County blue. ---

Watching more special election coverage on NBC. I did not think I’d be watching election news on Thursday night like I was 48 hours ago. It feels very similar, but more slo-mo. Chuck Todd did one of his county drill-downs on GA, and basically said it’s a coin flip. May come down to overseas, military votes, he said.
