When they are projecting these wins, are they considering that a lot of the absentee ballots are from Democrats? Or are they just assuming a split proportional to the votes counted today? ---

Really good numbers coming in for Biden in Texas. Denton and Williamson county both went hard for Trump in 2016 but with 85% and 95% of the vote in they are both strongly going for Biden. By 6-7% of the total vote reported. Harris County (Houston) is showing stronger numbers as well. I can’t believe I’m saying this but it looks like Texas will be close. Hope this holds. ---
