Look for Donnie Junior to run and get the nomination in 2024. The Family can mobilize more than half the Republican electorate at will and if he runs I guarantee he wins the nomination. I shudder to think of him actually winning and even worse, Scary Screaming Woman as First Lady. ---

Well…history tells us they are often punished for not saying this stuff and rarely punished for saying this stuff. The Tea Party weaponized primaries. The rabid, insane voters were reliable and loud voters. If you didn’t toe the insane rhetoric line you were out. Almost all republican politicians had to shift to the right. Have you ever heard of the Stalin Applause story? Basically, everyone in a room had to applaud Stalin. They applauded and applauded. For over ten minutes (just try doing three minutes). The first person who stopped and sat down got arrested and thrown in prison for ten years ([really happened](https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/rampage/wp/2017/10/26/dont-ever-be-the-first-to-stop-applauding/)). That is the republican party these days. ---
