I believe it was a procedural victory in a lawsuit that was later denied.

That observers in Pennsylvania could move from 10 feet away to 6 feet away.

Huge win there. 4 whole feet.

Funnier still, they ultimately lost that one, too. It was denied by the trial court, granted on appeal, and then overturned again by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

According to **[this article](https://www.ft.com/content/20b114b5-5419-493b-9923-a918a2527931)**, their sole win was the one in Pennsylvania over the secretary of state extending the deadline for allowing voters to cure ballot ID issues. They wanted to invalidate any ballots cured in the extended period, and were granted that relief. It obviously affected only a tiny number of ballots, and not necessarily Biden votes, so it’s not clear why they even bothered. Of course, none of the other lawsuits made any damn sense either!

I don’t think so. Trump is so delusional, he really thinks he is the victim of terrible injustice, but that he can turn it around somehow and win, even now.

It’s really hard to analyze generalized insanity. He _might_ be so delusional as to believe that no one of his greatness could possibly lose an election. But OTOH, his pathological narcissism alone might cause him to refuse to acknowledge results that he damn well knows are legitimate.

This whole thing really reminds me of the book (and the film that was based on it) _Shutter Island_, where an event is so traumatizing to the psyche that the individual develops a whole fantasy world around its denial. The Founders made every effort to ensure that a president would be of sound mind, mature, and loyal to his nation, and the safeguards failed utterly when, for the first time in history, a traitorous, self-serving raving lunatic was elected.

Trump cheats, this is known. A cheater knows that a fair game is not likely to go his way. There is an ironic awareness there that I attribute to Trump The Cheat. He knows he lost.

Have you heard about how Trump plays golf? He cheats. A lot. But he doesn’t know why it’s wrong. He really considers himself to be a champion, and his actions are legitimate. It’s fair, and just what everyone else would do if they were as smart as he is, and he beats them by doing it first, and better.

He tries to fight the election the same way. He’s tried to adjust the rules to his own benefit and is frustrated that the court won’t let him. And he still thinks he’s in the right, and all the courts are wrong to not let him do it. RIGGED ELECTION.

That very well may be the case, but I think he knows full well that he lost the election; it’s just that there are courses of action that might just have some miniscule chance of giving him the win, so why not play them out, especially if he can use someone else’s money to do so?

I mean, this is a guy who has a decades-long reputation for using litigation to wear out opponents in a dispute. Of course he’s going to to try and sue his way back into office.

I know. This is what Trump says, and I don’t believe anything he says.
The thing is, only Trump can really know what he thinks. But I believe he knows he lost, and that he thinks he can cheat his way through it.

No it wasnt. In fact that was a huge debate, and they came up with a compromise. So a compromise on slavery was part of the deal.

A compromise which kept slavery as one of the founding principles of the United States of America. Glad we got that settled.

If slavery is baked into the Constitution, doesn’t that make it part of the founding principles?
