That’s what appears to be written around the seal of the Federal Reserve in the fake Jerome Powell resignation latter, apparently the result of AI generation. I love it. It sounds like the name and planet of origin of some Star Wars character. Or maybe a government department in some first-person shooter video game. It could be the motto of some fictional group. Once I saw what the OP was about, I knew it had to be AI generation. AI image generators don’t really have any concept of “words”. They just know that based on their training data there should be some letter-shaped objects in that area. ---
