Actually, every few weeks or so i do a vanity search for precisely the sort of reason that **Scylla** did here: to see if my name has popped up in a thread where i am not actually participating. It doesn’t happen that often, but it does happen, and if someone mentions me, or quotes me, in a thread where i’m not, i like to check it out and see if i need to join the conversation. ---

I’ve done a few vanity searches here, but I picked a bad username for it; I always come up with people talking about Cisco Systems (and if I ctrl+f my name in a thread I always get Troy McClure, SF’s location.) If people have talked about me in threads I haven’t participated in, I don’t know it. ---
