# ElvisL1ves: You suck

Ya know, I have been partaking in the other thread, and I don’t see him as much as an asshole, as a really really bad debater. He’s defensive first, insulting when he can be, and loses track of where he’s going.

What I find interesting is that the people he most annoys are the people that are scoring debate point after debate point against him. Relax, read his posts with a Gibraltar sized grain of salt, and let him dig himself deeper. He’s the best suited to lose his debate.

I’ve avoided debating him directly, mainly because of his style of “conversational terrorism” linked above, which I agree seems to be his playbook for SDMB debates. That and his annoying use of the “dubious” smiley over and over, when he doesn’t really have a point.

However, astoundingly poor debater he may be, but I don’t think he is a bad duck, and I don’t think this is a particular justified pitting.
