How do I email an SDMB thread to my sister? Or should I? I’d like to get her interested in the Board and thought showing her the quality of this place by example would be a good start. 😕

If you are using Internet Explorer, you could always use the “Email a link” function. You probably have a button on your toolbar for Mail, or you can look in Tools\>Mail and News\>Send a Link.

## Just go to the interesting thread and chose one of those.

On preview, I see you found the “Email this Page” feature. It’s disabled.

I think the email this page feature was disabled for reasons relating to a disgruntled former poster sending bizarre messages to people.

I don’t understand it, either. I think I got my stories confused.

If you want to show her a specfic thread, just email the link.
