# Embarrassing and Slightly TMI - Ammonia-Like Smell on my Clothes When I Exercise

Very much so. I discarded some of my problem bras and the rash problem went away.

For both bras and sport clothes, if it’s not possible to wash them immediately, make sure to let them air out and dry before putting them in a laundry basket. If I’m going to wear sport clothes or a bra more than once (I usually wear a bra 3 times before washing, unless I’m super sweaty), I’ll hang up the clothes/bra on a hangar or a clothes ladder.
