I scrubbed everything down really well, used a different brand of sugar from a new bag, and then did everything as before. Uh, I think, that is… Thanks again! ---

I know you got it to work, but for next time, try making sure your egg whites are room temp before you try to make meringue. ---

Meringues are something I can do, as a baker, but they are not my strong suit. I almost prefer to used powdered maringue mix. ---

Heh, that’s funny, I love cooking but can’t bake. But meringue my mum taught me. She’s won competitions with hers. It’s the first thing people request when she offers to do a birthday treat. I’ve just never had a problem with them. To me, they are a super fast, easy trick. Thank you, mama! 🙂 ---
