What does “unusual sensitivity to environmental factors” mean? What does one actually feel when they’re feeling sensitive to enviromental factors?

Usually a more-or-less continuous malaise which they believe is caused by whatever foreign or artificial sounding thing pops into their head. IOW: It’s Tuesday, my ailment must be caused by excess magnetic parasites. Yeah, that’s it, magnetic parasites.
