I’d heard (and have always assumed) it was shorthand for directing one to bend over in preparation for a painful and/or humiliating anal penetration of some sort. ---

We’re also encouraged to avoid personal attacks and to address each other in language designed to foment interpersonal communication instead of anger. For example, I might say “ **Q.E.D.** , you’re a fucking tool,” and he would respond “\*It hurts me \*when you say that I’m a fucking tool,” and I’d respond “\*I hear you saying \*that it hurts you when I say you’re a fucking tool,” and so on and so forth, until the matter is resolved. ---
