# Enjoying my hjortronsylt

Good on Qadgop for discovering hjortronsylt. I have another couple of suggestions for him and other happy Dopers in possession:

Waffles with cloudberry jam and whipped cream.

Breaded and fried Camembert with cloudberry jam (or deep-fried, for that extra-cholesterol-full-fat bonanza)

Crème brulée surprise. Simple as pie, just put in a spoonful of jam in the moulds, add custard, bake and serve as usual.

[These folks](http://www.oregonjam.com/webfront/products/oregon-homemade-jam-products.php?products1=1&page=home&OregonJamCart=bec950b1793813e15b2d2a3edcbe63c9) make pretty good stuff too. (Was poking through bookmarks for another purpose and stumbled across the link; forgot I’d had it.)
