It seems to me that at least a third of the threads in the pit usually contain our favorite four-letter word. I just can’t wait until someone tries to be a little more original for once. How about the old standards like hell,shit and damn, where have they gone? I want to see someone with the guts to start the “Freak those Christian Evangelists” thread or “Fork Lynn Bodoni” and so on. Andrew Dice Clay himself would be shocked at the number of times the F-bomb is dropped in the pit. The word doesn’t bother me, I just would like to see more originality. ---

I’m glad of the Pit and all of the “Fucks” flying left, right and centre. Why? Because, after years of foul-mouthed invective and occasional bouts of sweary tourettes-like outbursts, I keep finding myself saying “Gosh”. It’s terrifying. “Gosh”? This from the man who recently surprised the hell out of an elderly resident by exclaiming “Cunty buttfuck!” rather too loudly after spilling some coffee. So all the "Fuck"s are giving me hope that it may rub off on me one day, and so help me return to blessed profanity. ---
