I think it was Kevin Spacey who talked about “fuck” as being the most versatile swear word he knew of, and I agree. It can be used for any part of speech: noun, verb, adjective, adverb… anything.

Why would you want to stop using a word like that? Sometimes, it’s just the perfect fucking word.

I was thinking it was some place in Ireland, as pronounced with a brogue. You know, they’ve got some strangely named counties out there.
