That Hoshi brought up the dream so matter-of-factly seems to indicate that she has no clue about what’s gone on between Trip and T’Pol over the past year-plus. Are Phlox and Reed the only ones among the senior officers that had any idea? Jolene looks even more skeletal in silhouette. Yeesh. I’d send her a gift certificate for In n’ Out but she’d never use it. But I gotta say, I loved the stricken, “caught” look on her face when Hoshi was telling her all about the romantic dream. ---

This could end up being good or bad, depending on how they handle Malcolm and Trippppp. If the latter changes his mind and rejoins Enterprise in the next episode and the former becomes himself after two more, I will be extremely displeased. Trippppp could well stay on the Columbia and become a recurring character, which gives us an excuse to see both of Starfleet’s ships interacting. The Columbia looked exactly like the grandkids’ ship from E2. The extra monitor and the TNG-engine-style light pulses. Hmmm… ---

**"What"** - satisfied? Ok, I can see a hired kidnappers saying, “You didn’t pay me enough to kill anyone.” But they should do it just to keep themselves from being identified. I guess they figured their hoods would conceal them. 🙂 I could really see the Ferengi sitting at a table saying, “Ok, now if we have to brandish weapons that’ll be .1 Latinum, each. If we have to fight, that will be .5 Latinum for each minute of the fight with a surcharge of .25 Latinum for multiple attackers and .1 Latinum base charge for each attacker…” ---
