Terrans being the new guy on the block, no, they don’t have this technology. One of the problems with Trek is that each Starship became bigger and tougher, so to really be in Dire Peril required Q or the Borg. I like it when a pissed off Klingon Commander can make things difficult for them. I belive they also want to show the development of the technology of the No A,B,C, bloddy D or !@#$% NX Enterprise. ---

Why didn’t they just show one ep this week, the othre next week, and then make a weelwy big show for the season finale? Showing two mediocre eps in a row isn’t likely to win over any new fans. **Monstre** fell asleep during the EVENT for Kirk’s sake! No, the eps didn’t suck. But, they were like those TNG eps that had no Rikre beard or any Tasha ep. Not near enough to gouge your eyes out ovre, but not nearly good enough to show to a newbie, expecting them to get hooked. Have I mentioned yet how babe-a-lishush that Ruby girl was? I think of her and I don’t have to use my fingers to type. (K is letting her hair go curly and reddish, now btw. NCB happy.) My e-mail notification says **Kn\*ckres** has posted again, but that’s irrelevant. Or maybe her elephant. I’ll read hre stuff aftre I finish this, thank you very much. IIRC, one of the Combs was 1000yrs old. The best part of that episode was the suddenly patriotic music when the US flag appears! ---

And… they always used convicts as redshirts. And… StarFleet uniforms have built in condoms. And… Warp engines leave wapor twails. And… Intermix ratio is crucial. That’s why they always have aliens and hoomahns of colour on their space shipps. And… Hypo spray meds act instantly And… doors are prescient (think about that one, ok?) And… that Ruby girl is the most beautiful woman yet seen on _Enterprise_ ---

You know Omega Glory was to be the second Pilot… That turkey was created by The Great Bird of the Galaxy himself. And I agree it is one of teh worst… the begining isn’t bad with the entire crew of the Valient (I think) being turned to powder, but it went down hill rapidly especaslly when you find out that Starfleet hired DrVan Gelder as a Captain… I mean Kirk should have looked at him and realized they were dealing with a Nut right off the bat. Still it was better than SPOCK’S BRAIN “Brain and Brain and Brain… what is Brain.” ---
