Don’t let him get under your skin, **Aes** Oh and as far as I know, most standard blood donations are just that - donations (although some places do buy plasma). All I’ve ever gotten out of them is a few coupons and a couple of t-shirts (and that’s when it’s at a mall blood drive). That and all the juice/soda that I want. And they were out of juice this last time ( ☹ I was really in the mood for an orange juice that afternoon too). ---

I’d sell plasma… I’m a capitalist pig-dog. What _is_ next week’s episode? I’m in the mood to watch some Enterprise right now but one of my cousins is over here and watching TV (while on the phone at 1:30 in the morning). Damn teenagers. ---

I’d be scared to sell plasma for a couple of reasons. - You’re hooked up to those things for way to long - the 1/2 to 3/4 of an hour a couple of days ago was enough for me. - I trust UBS when they tell me that everthing is new. I don’t trust some of these other organizations not to re-use needles, etc. On to the Trek According to TV Guide, next week’s episode is “The Communicator”. Speaking of TV Guide, there are actually a couple of interesting articles regarding Enterprise on the web site. [Here’s the show guide.](http://www.tvguide.com/showguide/ShowPage.asp?iProgramID=3199190) A couple of links on the upper right have TV Guide and viewer suggestions as to what the show needs. One of the reoccuring themes in both is that they need to take some risks - big surprise. I think _The Communicator_ was the first Enterprise episode I saw when I finally started watching again. I distinctly remember being pissed at the Panda for making me think Hoshi might get some decon time but never delivering. Beat him within an inch of his life with a bamboo rod, I did. My cousin’s still watching TV. It’s now 3:30am. :mad: ---

Take from a recent experience in my life: _The Incommunicator_: Dr. Phlox’s secretary tries to give directions to two Spanish- er, Klingon - speaking gentlemen in Sickbay, but doesn’t speak enough Sp- I mean, Klingon to know where they want to go or tell them how to get there. She feels very stupid when she remembers that she studied Klingon for five years, and Hoshi learned it in a day. ---

Enterprise, 8pm, Wed. or 7 or 8pm, Sundays, UPN: _Commune of Gator_ - Reptilian creatures from _Distant Origin_ (VOY) surreptisciously shadow the Enterprise crew after picking up a sub space transmission form Tripp to his cousin in Florida (Earth) where they swapped recipes for rattlesnake and alligator. See why it doesn’t violate canon to introduce a species that won’t be seen by any human anywhere for 250 years. ---

**An NCB-style hijack!** So, I’m on here late tonight because I went out to dinner with some pals who come out here only once a year; we actually all made it on time; had lots of good Armenian chow; I took pictures; and then I began gyrating at the table when the live music started because it has that effect on me (you really ought to come out to eat with me some time…). The belly dancer came around to each table to see if anyone would dance with her, so of course I joined her and gave several minutes of entertainment to all in the vicinity; and I never even had any alkyhol. My friend Larry got good pix of her but managed to miss me altogether, so you’ll just have to take my word for it. Desserts followed. But I figured I worked off the calories in advance. ---
