OK, it wasn’t a sphere that Crab Legs Head had, it was a Phoenix Egg. The CGI for the shuttle accident was fun. 50 big ass man made (Man? not man, alien) spheres with cloaks. Crab Legs Head is a stalker! But, he gave them co-ordinates to the Xindi. A fairly weak episode with lots of little highlights. Not annoyingly bad, but not all that great. The CGI and the sets lighting was phenomenal, though… ---

Oh my god I can’t believe the bouncing shuttle scene. And they just stand there calmly chatting as it takes off by itself, AND as it bounces back toward them. Dorkiest. Scene. Ever. Also rather obvious when Hermit Crab Head was impersonating Archer. He was suspicious from the start. **Tars** , what _are_ those things growing out your head, anyways? And don’t be threatening Hoshi’s crewmates! 😉 ---

I liked the quick flashing scenes that Hoshi had in her vision, and I plan to rewind and go through them slo-mo. Other than that, mostly an attempt to focus a story on one of the lesser major characters (in an attempt at character development?) that falls kind of flat in that regard and turns into “How To Shake Off a Hermit Crab in 10 Days”. At least we get a new Xindi clue out of it at the end, and we got to see another Death Star. You’d think they might try bringing a bomb, though, and see if they could maybe blow one up (set it to explode inside, in the inner Death Star Workings). ---

And now, for something completely diff… In listening (again) to the all new version of the theme song, I was wondering if they will again treat us to another version of “Faith of the Heart” next season. Whaddya think? Acoustic unplugged version? Orchestral / choir version? Gangsta Rap version? “Yo yo, I gots faith o’ the heart, mutha-f\*\*\*\*\*!” what do you all think it will be? ---

Hoshi: “How old are you?” CrabLegHead: “I’m 400 of your EARTH YEARS old! And I speak English with an American accent because I have been monitoring your radio broadcasts.” Hoshi: “I love your decorator. Isn’t that chair Crate & Barrel?” CrabLegsHead: “Flaterer. I’ll bet you wear that cocktail dress and those fuck-me pumps at every unknown alien’s house that your captain abandons you at.” Except they screwed up the ending. CrabLegHead’s parents are suppose to admonish him for messing with the puny Earthlings. Then they get into there Nascar sounding spaceship and, aaaaaaaarrrrrrrraaaaaannnnnnngggggggg! off to the next ridiculously embarassing adventure. Really, this show should be on Nickelodeon. ---

I found the resemblence to TOS plots rather homey. I stand corrected about sounds in space; I’m watching CCTV on my Commie\Furriner Satellite TV thingie, and the Chinese Commie Space Ship makes noise in space, too. The astronaunt just said it “was a succesfull landing.” No shit. ---

So, how is Astron’s aunt? He was a quiet Crab Leg Head guy… Only 400 yrs old? Requeum for a baby compared to other Trek long lived life forms. Shouldaben about 7000 yrs old, maybe more. And the graveyard stretched as far as the eye could see. 400… meh ---

Bah, I had a nice post all written up and my connection was dropped so I lost it! ☹ Hehe, like the CrabLegsHead\ – good call! The shuttle accident was totally bogus! No damage whatsoever on the shuttle, and Trip and Archer just stand there as the shuttle is tumbling end over end towards them?! Geesh! :dubious: Is it just me, or did anyone else consider that maybe some of the previous companions may have committed suicide? If it was me stuck there with CLH and him always in my head, knowing every thought … well, that would be enough to make me consider a way out of that misery! Yikes, -fifty- spheres or more?! I just know that those damn spheres and the anomaly are going to end up being part of that damn temporal cold war and the future guys. Bah, the Timeline is FU-BAR. ☹ And on top of it all, no -new- episode next week but a re-run of the season opener! Not enough Phlox and -no- Porthos either. Color me **Andorian Blue**! ---

Phlox played a werewolf doctor on Angel tonight. Then he got bit, oo the irony. Boring eppy. Not bad per say, but not overly exciting. Just a filler episode. The idea that the expanse is there on purpose is a cool idea. I liked the multiple spheres as well. The shuttle thing was dorky but still kind of cool to watch. Overall a 6. ---

50 death stars? And not a Wedge in sight. Hopefully Enterprise can Stay on Target. I give this episode 8/10 topeless Hoshis, due to me liking weird stalker movies like this that show up on Cinemax. Too bad no one got wasted, those movies are usually killfests. Next Week, Some sort of temporal anomaly causes Enterprise to have to restart their mission. Quantum is so mad he rivals Trip in angry pouts.
