Damn it all to hell! I had a great and pithy (quite pithy actually) post with all sorts of show names and intros involving about 15 different Dopers, and the ham **p** sters ate it! I’m not going to try to recapture my stream of consciousness for a redo, so you all have just missed out on what was possibly the best evar Trek Doper post. oh wel… ---

I suggest you fool everybody, and call it the Tars Tarkas Late-Night (etc.), then have it show at noon. Better yet, call it the Tars Tarkas Late-Night (etc.), and _advertize_ it as showing at noon, when it’s ACTUALLY on at 7 AM. Yes, your viewers will be few, but loyal. And confused. ---

Heck, they’d be confused even if i had a regular time slot! Especially with the show we’d film entirely using action figures! (NCB, you need to learn to highlight and control-C every post you write on this board before hitting submit!) ---

There is a newsgroup for Enterprise. It is named, strangely and inaccurately enough, TV.startrek.enterprise The Phlox Factor maybe the phenomenon of a crewperson being able to disobey your orders according to their culture and/or the condition of their alimentary canal. ---
