How do so many of these restaurants think they can pull off such huge menus? A really big menu is harder to price, confuses customers with too many choices, wastes money by having to stock so many ingredients, and dilutes quality and consistency by having dishes the cook seldom prepares. One of the most common changes Ramsay makes is to trim down the menu, and focus on the restaurant’s specialty. ---

Their restaurant’s decor looks like Alice in Wonderland, perhaps Amy’s crazy is her take on The Mad Hatter. ---

I’m surprised that they haven’t taken the obvious next step of suing the show for damages. It would be futile, of course, but seems in line with how clueless they’ve been so far. ---

If they sue, I hope it’s on Judge Judy. I tried to watch the episode and I actually couldn’t. They were so over the top horrible.
