My sound card doesn’t allow me to change the bass and treble, so I’d like to download a free equalizer program that will give me at least three channels (low, mid, high). I tried searching on here with no luck, and most of the things that my google-fu has produced have been to tune guitars. Anybody have a suggestion?

If you have Windows Media Player, there is an equalizer option in that.
To access the EQ in Media Player, click on the arrow beneath the “Now Playing” tab, then select “Enhancements”, then select “Graphic Equalizer”.
I hope this is of some use to you.

If you’re listening to music, Itunes for Macs has a 10-band equalizer, so the Windows version probably also has one.

Thanks guys. I was hoping for something that would work with Pandora. An add-on for Firefox would be great, but I’m thinking it’s going to have to be some type of external download.
