Oh, come on **GoHeels** I can’t think of the slightest thing that [Alice Hawthorne](http://www.cnn.com/US/9707/olympic.park.bombing/hawthorne/) might have done to Eric Rudolph. Oh, well maybe that an African-American woman would dare attend an event at the Olympic Park? That should be more than enough grievance to explain Rudolph’s rage. :rolleyes: ---

What states did all of these crimes occur? And, which ones have the death penalty? I’m torn between him being locked away in solitary for the rest of his life, allowing no visitors/mail or just putting him in a small room with about twenty home made bombs like he made and let them all go off…one…by…one. ---

There is definitely a lot of anti-government sentiment up there and Kahl is still regarded as a folk hero by many (my brother-in-law for one). ---

I would imagine that many of the same people who support the murderer Rudolph also deplore Bin Laden and Palestinian suicide bombers. As a non-religious type, I find this ludicrous. “Well, MY god says you can murder people for X.” “Screw You, My god says you can murder people for Y, so YOUR god is wrong!” “Well, ok then, let’s just murder each other.” Repeat for a few thousand years… ---

well actually, yes, it is. however, the “asked you nicely” referred to when I (in my mind) asked you nicely to not put words in my mouth. See, this would be another example of that. I can think of about 4 or 5 occasions where (in my mind) I lost my temper w/other posters. Your biggest clue would be if the word “fuck” appears minimally 4 times per sentence. ALso, if the post ends in “fucking fuck”. Fucking fuck. ( 😉 ) Foghorn Leghorn: that was a joke, son. ---

My conjecture of why Rudolph would bomb the Atlanta Olympics,(having lived in the South, with some experience with White Supremacist diatribe); :::The Olympics fosters multi-cultural activities, parading a mixing of races, and showcases Negroes and Commies as being superior to White American people, by their triumph in athletic events. This is not to be tolerated; another example of the Great White Race being humiliated at the hands of the Evil Liberal Jew media. To have it brought to the South, in Atlanta,which the Yankees scorched in order to bring down the Free South means WAR again’! Man’s gotta do what a Man’s gotta do…::: Well, you get that fucked-up picture. To some minds, the world has gone to Hell if it condones activities beyond their small scope of vision. So, bomb 'em, take 'em out, infidels! The Chosen Us will be favored and prevail! I’m Buddhist, so am biting my tongue wif compassion as to what Heaven that action holds. Awfully fucking hard. ---

No problem, **5-time Champ**. To be fair, it might not have been my best idea to place a sarcastic post on this thread. After 9/11, I heard similar “Yes, but…” types of arguments that were definitely not sarcastic from some of my friends - I considered these arguments highly offensive. I wanted to highlight the ridiculousness of the “Yes, but…” argument by posting it in a sarcastic manner on this thread, when the villain in question acted against so-called “progressive” targets (women’s clinic, gay bar).
